Quick History of John’s Auto Care

John’s Auto Care has been in business since 1986. We are quite proud of our 30 years in business, but acknowledge that we couldn’t have come this far without our loyal customers and hard-working vendors.

In 1998, John and Christine built the new shop in Roseville at our current location: 201 Derek Place. Several of our current employees have been with us since that epic move. Sadly and unexpectedly, John passed away in 2015. But Christine and John’s crew are dedicated to carrying his vision of providing: “Quality repairs at an honest price, delivered with care and understanding.”

Superior, Competent Service

At John's Auto Care, we are committed to providing you with superior, competent, and courteous service -- at a level that is unsurpassed in the industry. Unlike the local discount repair franchises, we are a family owned and operated business. What this means is that the John's Auto Care family stands behind all the work we do on your vehicle, regardless if it’s a routine oil change, or a complete engine overhaul. The personal service and attention you receive as a valued customer will always reflect this.

Our quality care is provided by the most qualified, experienced, and knowledgeable team of managers and ASE technicians. We challenge you to compare. And if we don't meet your highest expectations, tell us and we will make it right. We treat our customers and their cars with the highest regard, and offer superior customer relations, keeping open the lines of communication with our customers to ensure that their cars are diagnosed and repaired correctly and efficiently, and to address any and all customer concerns.

A Long-Standing Commitment to You

John's Auto Care commits to offering honest repair advice about the condition of the customers’ vehicles, offering repair options based on need, ensuring that customer vehicles are repaired properly and professionally the first time with high-quality parts, and much more!

Auto Maintenance

A Commitment to the Environment

All of us here at John's Auto Care are concerned about the proper handling, use, and disposal of the materials we use for the maintenance and repair of your automobile. Here are five ways that John's Auto Care is helping to keep our world cleaner:

  1. Proper disposal of antifreeze, engine oil filters, oils, lubricants, used batteries, and other hazardous parts
  2. Pumping out sumps and removing sludge from tanks designed to catch de-greasing and cleaning residues
  3. Using specially designed equipment for environmentally sound automotive maintenance and repair
  4. Employee training for hazardous material use and handling
  5. Ongoing maintenance of parts washers
  6. Recycling of everything from fluids to metals
